This is a week of big endings and possibly small beginnings.

This week ends with a solar eclipse at 8 degrees Pisces!  Get ready to let go of old patterns, even those from past lives and move into the new you.

Mercury is busy this week and might bring you some missing information that will allow you to structure and add details to your plans.

With Mars conjunct Uranus and square Pluto you might want to kick some ass and get going on something, just be willing to accept the consequences. This is a repetition of the energy we’ve been dealing with since 2012, so if you fight authority and authority always wins, don’t expect a new outcome.

The cards brought forward the new you that is rising with the sap of the spring.  The future is so bright, you gotta wear shades!

Your Fortune Cookie for Feb 5 – 11

The big news of the week is the lunar eclipse at 22 degrees Leo/Aquarius.  With the north node moving into Leo, we are being asked to live loud and live proud, and maybe release some ideals that we are holding too tightly to.

In the weekly tarot reading, I pull the Wheel of Fortune.  Round and round and round it goes  — we don’t even know if we’re on the way up or the way down!  Keep your center and ride the wave.

Eclipses can bring surprises and unexpected events.  You may have something monumental happen around Leo themes of self expression, child-like fun and inspiration.  If you know which house Leo falls in, this is the area where these event may manifest.

Most importantly, don’t hold on tightly to ideas or ideals. The time to sort out your place in the world will come later. For now, sing your song and see who joins in.

Weekly Tarot reading for Jan 29 – Feb 4.

It’s go time! With both Mars and Venus now in Aries, it’s time to get this party started! Pursue your passions with gusto, even though things might not work out.

The new moon happened last week, so it’s time to put plans into motion. Planning is key.  Use the information learned from the mercury retrograde to drop something that doesn’t fit.

Don’t bit off more than you can chew with Jupiter opposite Uranus and both square mercury/Pluto – a dynamic week to be sure.

Last week wasn’t exactly smooth sailing and this week won’t be either.  We’ve got Mars square Saturn which is keeping the pressure on, enough so that you may be feeling quite overburdened.

Your best approach is to take short breaks and take time to smell the roses.

Also make sure that your relationships are in balance, if someone is asking too much of you, you might need to tell them so.

We are anxious to start new projects and it doesn’t hurt to start gathering resources toward our intended goals.  When the new moon in Aquarius hits next week it will be all systems go!
